Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current New Mexico license in behavioral health to perform assigned services under supervision; independent licensure preferred but not required.
• Must practice within license scope and participate in formal clinical supervision when required by law or policy.
• Experience in management or supervisory roles in behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Runs day-to-day operations for Mobile Crisis and Crisis Stabilization programs and coordinates related services.
• Directly supervises Mobile Crisis/Crisis Stabilization staff; manages 1:1s, time-off approvals, and performance reviews.
• Provides clinical leadership and reviews documentation for quality, compliance, and standards.
• Monitors crisis call volume, dispatch, wait lists, and caseloads to improve access and throughput.
• Ensures adherence to licensing, Medicaid, and contract standards; conducts chart audits and incident reviews.
• Supports hiring, onboarding, training coordination, and staff retention efforts.
• Assists Director with budget monitoring, staffing efficiency, and grant/contract deliverables; cross-program coordination.
