Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks a licensed professional to lead a mobile crisis team in southeast NM. Hybrid/on-site role with direct clinical and leadership duties, including crisis response and program development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in behavioral health leadership, an LCSW or LPCC, and a Master’s degree, with strong crisis intervention skills and collaboration across partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current LCSW or LPCC license; clinical supervision credential preferred.
• 5+ years behavioral health experience with leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the mobile crisis team and ensure 24/7 staffing.
• Recruit, onboard, supervise, and coach multidisciplinary staff.
