Job summary

Las Cruces Recovery Center seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to support the clinical department Director in day-to-day operations, treatment planning and program evaluation. The role leads supervision, ensures ASAM evaluations and psychosocial assessments are completed, and guides treatment delivery for individuals and groups onsite in Las Cruces, NM.

• Three or more years’ post-degree experience with the target population.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the clinical department.
• Provide supervision and guidance to clinical staff and program staff.
• Ensure compliance with ASAM evaluations, psychosocial assessments, discharge planning and treatment planning.
• Support delivery of individual, group and family therapies and contribute to program development.
