Job summary

Families and Youth Innovations Plus (FYI+) seeks an independently licensed Clinician for the Mobile Crisis Team. This exempt role supports remote assessment and coordinates in-person crisis response across Doña Ana County.

You will perform remote risk assessments, provide crisis intervention, and develop safety plans while linking clients to follow-up services. A strong, trauma-informed, inclusive approach is essential for serving diverse communities including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and those facing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current independent license valid in New Mexico
• 2+ years in crisis services or similar
• Experience with risk assessments and crisis intervention
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to crisis calls and conduct remote risk assessments.
• Provide trauma-informed de-escalation and crisis intervention.
• Develop safety plans and coordinate appropriate care.
• Facilitate warm handoffs to higher level of care.
• Document clinical interventions per program standards.
• Collaborate with emergency services and community providers
