Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time behavioral health experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Licensure required; independent licensure preferred
• RN licensure with BSN allowed as an alternative

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program activities and operations
• Develop relationships with funders and potential funders to support current programs and partnerships
• Monitor participant flow and ensure clinical documentation is signed off when needed
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and funding requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to engage community and manage budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with campus initiatives and external entities
