Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Crisis Management Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. The role reports to the Supervisor of Crisis Management and helps develop and implement the bank's Crisis Management Planning framework, including incident response, testing, tabletop exercises, and training.

You will support governance, regulatory alignment, and risk reporting across first-line and second-line functions. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of crisis management experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of crisis management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of financial services experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of Crisis Management framework components.
• Support crisis management planning, incident response, testing, tabletop exercises, and training.
• Participate in risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Socialize and enforce crisis management policies across business units.
• Provide reporting support to Board and Supervisor; assist audits and exams.
