Job summary

Valley Bank is seeking a seasoned Incident & Crisis Management professional to maintain and update the ICM plan, working with cross-functional teams to activate it during emergencies. You will lead risk assessments, resiliency exercises, and post-incident reviews while coordinating communications for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have CBCP or equivalent certification and at least five years in financial- institution ICM programs. A related bachelor's degree is preferred; MBCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience developing, implementing and managing incident and crisis management programs for financial institutions.
• Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) or similar industry certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Master Business Continuity Planner (MBCP) or similar certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the ICM plan, policies, and documentation.
• Lead cross-department ICM teams and activate the framework during emergencies.
• Conduct risk assessments, scenario planning, and resiliency exercises.
• Deliver training and workshops for employees and ICM teams.
• Manage communications strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with governance and vendors to ensure disaster recovery readiness.
