Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst I in a hybrid role based in Phoenix. You will help ensure borrower compliance, process loan advances and paydowns, and support compliance reporting for the Global Fund Banking portfolio.

You’ll work with multiple teams across the bank, coordinating with Senior Credit Officers and business partners to ensure accurate, timely loan maintenance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of professional office/banking experience or High School diploma/GED with 2 years of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis in SharePoint Online – experience pulling and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
• Strong organization and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk management controls for the Global Fund Banking lending portfolio and ensure borrower compliance.
• Track and review expected statements from borrowers and perform loan maintenance tasks.
• Engage in client outreach for status updates and coordinate approvals from Senior Credit Officers for draws.
