A leading financial services firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive operational efficiency and optimize workflows. You will collaborate across the organization, analyze complex business challenges, and serve as a subject matter expert. With 3+ years of related experience and a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), you’ll provide analytical insights and support decision-making in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent direct hire position with onsite presence required 4 times a week.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

You'll drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and provide high-level analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure business initiatives align with organizational strategy while fostering continuous improvement. You will partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess impacts and prioritize initiatives, ensuring alignment on goals. You will lead efforts to document evaluate, and enhance business processes and procedures, this includes designing and managing complex reports, synthesizing large datasets and developing actionable insights that support decision making. You will act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to help resolve challenges and ensure successful project execution.
