Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Crisis Management Supervisor with multiple first responder areas and supports the strategic execution of the Crisis Management framework.
• Participates in CM First Line of Defense core activities including gap assessments and risk measurement.
• Ensures Crisis Management roles, timelines, and requirements are clear and well-communicated.
• Drive adoption and maintenance of Crisis Management policies, standards, and methods across the bank.
• Provide SME input on regulatory requirements and risk scenarios for program enhancements.
