Job summary

PNM is seeking a Manager of Crisis Management & Resilience to lead incident response, business continuity, and emergency management programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, design exercises, and drive governance across departments to strengthen organizational resilience.

The role involves developing training, maintaining policy documentation, and coordinating with federal, state, and local stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and effective incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7–9 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• CISSP, CISA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Incident Response, Business Continuity, Emergency Management programs.
• Designs and coordinates exercises for incident response and disaster recovery.
• Develops and maintains training programs on incident response and resilience.
• Maintains relationships with government and internal stakeholders for continuity planning.
• Oversees documentation updates including policies, plans and after-action reviews.
