Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work or lived experience preferred, especially in behavioral health, crisis response, or admin support.
• Calm and effective communication during crisis situations.
• Ability to multitask across virtual and in-person duties.
• Excellent interpersonal, typing, and telephone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adherence to confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• 988 Crisis Line: answer calls within 20 seconds and assess for high-risk indicators.
• Coordinate active rescues; provide referrals and document encounters and outcomes.
• Follow up with contacts and refer to Engagement Resource Specialists as needed.
• Consult with Team Lead during emergencies or complex calls and report unusual activity.
• On-site Crisis Administration: greet clients, schedule appointments, collect payments, and update records.
• Scan and upload documents to the EHR, retrieve reports, and support multiple programs.
