Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to problem solve in a timely and therapeutic manner.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to organize ideas clearly.
• Willingness to relate to diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and patient safety monitoring in program settings.
• Assist with transportation of patients using company vehicle.
• Intervene in crises and apply de-escalation techniques.
• Record interactions and observations in daily reports for clinical staff.
