Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN, or high school diploma with targeted credits in related fields.
• CPR certification currently required.
• Experience in mental health direct care or advocacy desired.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and connect to resources.

Responsibilities

• Answer 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline via telephone.
• Assess caller needs and provide crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Refer to community resources and supports as needed.
• Collaborate with Keystone Health team to support callers.
