Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical screenings and risk assessments.
• Perform crisis intervention and safety planning for callers.
• Conduct outreach calls to promote safety and service linkage.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision.
• Maintain professional etiquette and customer service standards.
