Job summary

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay seeks a Diversion Program Supervisor to guide the C3 Specialists who respond to 911-dispatched calls. This role sits between the 911 Dispatch Center and Gateway Services, focusing on supervision, training, and ensuring high-quality crisis intervention and information/referral services.

You will drive program development, ensure confidentiality, and partner with law enforcement to improve interoperability, with a client-centered, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services, social work, criminal justice, or related field is preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity service environment.
• Crisis intervention training and knowledge of trauma-informed care are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the C3 Specialist team, including supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Lead staff training, quality assurance, and adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with dispatch leadership to improve handoff processes and interagency coordination with law enforcement.
• Drive program development, data reporting, and outcomes tracking for sustainability and growth.
• Support expansion plans with documentation of best practices and replicable workflows.
