The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead Gateway Services, overseeing Intervention Specialists and interns across phone, chat and in-person channels. The role drives quality, staff development and program compliance, reporting to the Operations Manager of Gateway Services.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating coverage, and ensuring confidential, high-quality crisis response aligned with organizational policies and contractual requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required and crisis intervention training.
• Knowledge of crisis response, data collection, and reporting.
• Ability to supervise staff and interns and coordinate coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Intervention Specialists and interns; coach and evaluate staff.
• Ensure 24/7/365 contact center coverage across lines and platforms.
• Lead PQI processes and data-driven decision making to improve services.
• Oversee training, performance reviews, and contractual compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all documentation.
