Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Case Manager to deploy to emergencies and disasters, providing crisis intervention and short-term life management services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or higher preferred) and 2+ years of crisis intervention experience, with bilingual Spanish/English abilities and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Education: Required bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology or related field.
  • Preferred: graduate degree in related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in Crisis intervention or related.
  • Proficiency in Spanish/English (written and spoken).
  • Driver’s license with clear record; daily vehicle use.
  • Must be able to travel to various locations; background checks required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate referrals, service planning and documentation for assigned caseload.
  • Conduct needs assessment and determine eligibility for program enrollment.
  • Develop client intake and case plans; complete paperwork and history weekly.
  • Meet with clients regularly to monitor progress and maintain records.
  • Plan and facilitate life management classes to build coping skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory guidelines.
