Endeavors seeks a Case Manager to deploy in response to public emergencies, disasters, and crises, providing essential case management and advocacy services. You will coordinate referrals, complete intake and planning, and monitor progress for clients in a short‑term life management program.

The role requires crisis intervention experience, Spanish/English proficiency, and strong documentation skills; travel to various locations is expected, with adherence to federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology or related field
• 2+ years of crisis intervention experience or related training
• Proficiency in Spanish/English (written and spoken)
• NIMS Core Curriculum Courses required (see certifications)

Responsabilités

• Coordinate referrals, service planning and documentation for assigned caseload.
• Interview applicants to determine eligibility and establish program goals.
• Develop client intake and case plans; complete social history weekly.
• Meet regularly with clients to discuss progress and document records.
