Job summary

RI International in Columbus, OH is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Crisis Care team. This full-time, non-exempt role supports admissions, outreach, engagement, recovery, transition and case management at Franklin County Crisis Care Center.

The position operates on a rotating 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift. Qualifications include a behavioral health degree or relevant experience as detailed in the posting. Salary ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health and 1+ year behavioral health experience, or 2+ years in field with any bachelor’s degree.
• High school diploma with 4+ years behavioral health experience acceptable.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and resources across internal and community providers.
• Advocate for individuals’ needs and rights.
• Assist with daily living activities and linkages for education and independence.
• Document information to support care coordination and compliance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
