Job summary

RI International is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Crisis Care Center in Franklin County, Columbus, OH. This full-time, non-exempt role manages an assigned shift, monitors administrative needs, and supports patient care and discharge planning.

The position requires a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, plus state licensure or eligibility and at least two years of supervisory experience. Excellent documentation, communication, and de-escalation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned shift; guides discharge planning process.
• Guest Care & Advocacy: completes assessments, develops treatment plans and recovery solutions with individuals; partners with support teams.
• Compliance & Risk Management: determines provisional diagnoses, obtains documentation of medical necessity, submits authorizations; ensures clinical documentation and incident reporting compliance.
• Additional Duties: performs other related duties as assigned.
