Job summary

Recovery Innovations in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as receptionist and provide clerical support for the Crisis Care Center.

This full-time, non-exempt role is a temporary assignment up to 12 weeks, with a rotating 7:00 AM–7:30 PM shift and a wage of $18.00–$21.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has strong communication, computer and organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clerical or office experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy.
• Able to pass de-escalation training per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and acts as receptionist; logs data from calls.
• Registers individuals and inputs data into computer.
• Assist in billing/data collection; comply with laws and policies.
• Maintain office equipment and petty cash; filing systems.
• Handle routine typing, filing, copying and faxing; maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure reception areas are neat and orderly; stock office supplies.
