Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking an LPN for the Crisis Care Center in Columbus, OH. The LPN will work under an RN, providing patient care, monitoring medications, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team. This role follows a rotating 7:00 PM–7:30 AM schedule in a crisis care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current and valid LPN license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and their indications.
• Ability to work with agitated guests in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Guest care and advocacy; educate on diabetic care and psychiatric meds.
• Coordinate care and assist with medical/provider appointments.
• Monitor medications under RN supervision and maintain med records.
• Complete clinical documentation as required.
• Assist with intake and risk management.
• Support Medical Assistants and staff with treatment and discharge planning.
