Job summary

United Way's 2-1-1 crisis call center in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Crisis Supervisor to lead the frontline team responding to youth and adults in crisis and severe distress. You will supervise staff, provide mentorship, and ensure high-quality support across calls, chats, and texts.

Training runs Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p for about 8 weeks. After training, the role becomes hybrid (in office and remote) with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff, debrief after calls, chats and texts, and offer training and mentorship.
• Ensure the quality of the team's work by monitoring calls, reviewing documentation, and giving feedback.
• Fill in on calls when team members are absent.
