Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an Implementation Consultant II to lead or contribute to CRIMS deployments, analyzing requirements and configuring the solution to client needs. This role requires 5+ years in financial services and hands-on experience with investment management systems, plus the ability to travel across the United States and Canada.

Ideal candidates have strong project management skills, familiarity with SQL, FIX, and Crystal Reports, and a solid customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience implementing mission-critical financial solutions.
• Experience delivering Front, Middle or Back Office investment management implementations.
• Travel 30–50% and ability to work remotely from client sites.
• Bachelor's degree in business/technical field; CFA is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or directly contribute to CRIMS implementations and analyze requirements.
• Provide product expertise and guidance throughout the project and ensure go-live readiness.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proofs-of-concept projects.
• Educate customers on methodologies and functionality of CRIMS.
• Document improvements and communicate defects to support and product management.
• Collaborate with the Professional Services team and sales to respond to opportunities.
