Job summary

State Street is seeking Senior Consultants for our Wealth Management practice to lead CRIMS implementations and upgrades at client sites. You will define requirements, configure the solution, train users, test workflows and help the client go live.

You’ll analyze requirements, support sales opportunities, educate clients on CRIMS, and contribute to best practices. Travel 30–50% across the United States and Canada; a four‑year degree in finance, math, economics, engineering, or CS is required;

Qualifications

• Senior Consultants have 5+ years in wealth management or related tech
• Experience with wealth management programs (SMA/UMA, etc.) is valuable
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is preferred
• Familiarity with CRIMS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Wealth domain expert in implementation and upgrade projects, defining requirements and guiding go-live.
• Assist other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Analyze client requirements to support sales opportunities and demonstrate CRIMS potential.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices for deployment.
• Monitor client needs to identify enhancements and document improvements.
• Contribute to software quality by reporting defects clearly and assisting with resolution.
