Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead CRIMS implementations and advise clients through requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live readiness. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, customer training, and ongoing optimization of investment management solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial services consulting or as a software vendor; experience with Front/Middle/Back Office systems is highly valued and a proven track record in Capital Markets or related

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing mission-critical financial solutions.
Experience implementing a financial system within a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or wealth management firm is valuable.
Hands-on experience implementing investment management software, preferably an order management and compliance system.
Substantive in one or more of the listed areas related to investment management solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations, analyzing requirements and guiding the project to go-live.
Assist other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
Analyze customer requirements to respond to sales opportunities and conduct proof-of-concept projects.
Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
Monitor customer requirements to identify potential enhancements and document product improvements.
Contribute to software quality by reporting defects clearly and supporting defect resolution.
