Job summary

State Street is seeking a consultant to support CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects from our Princeton office. The role involves defining client requirements, configuring the CRIMS solution, training clients, and ensuring readiness for go‑live.

You will work with Investment Solutions teams to align business and technical needs. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in financial services consulting or with a software vendor, strong SQL skills, and experience with asset management workflows.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. An advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA is a strong plus.
• 2–3+ years experience in financial services consulting or software vendor environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects. Analyze and evaluate requirements while providing product expertise and guidance throughout the project.
• Assist other members of the Professional Services team and pro‑actively develop and share best practices.
• Educate clients on the functionality provided by CRIMS and advise on implementation and operation best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate client requirements to identify potential enhancements and communicate product improvements.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Management to resolve defects and improve documentation.
