Job summary

State Street is seeking a Consultant for CRIMS implementation and upgrades in the Boston area. You will define client requirements, configure the CRIMS solution, train clients, test workflows and support go-live readiness.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in financial services consulting or software vendor roles and strong SQL skills. Responsibilities include educating clients, sharing best practices, and identifying enhancements based on client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

Four (4) year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. An advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA is a strong plus.
2–3+ years experience in financial industry consulting or software/vendor environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject‑matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects. Analyze and evaluate requirements while providing product expertise and guidance throughout the project.
Assist other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and advise on implementation and operation best practices.
Monitor and evaluate client requirements to identify enhancements and document product improvements.
Contribute to software quality by communicating defects and validating fixes.
