Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Wealth Management practice to lead and define client requirements, configure CRIMS, train clients, and test workflows before go-live. You will build strong client relationships and contribute to best practices within the team. Travel to client sites and remote work are expected as needed.

The role emphasizes wealth management expertise, consultative skills, and the ability to influence key decision-makers while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing wealth management solutions.
• Experience with SMA/UMA programs and wrap programs is valuable.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management practices.
• Basic command of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent client service track record.
• Team player with ability to mentor and share knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as wealth management SME in implementation and upgrade projects, analyzing requirements and guiding the project.
• Provide assistance to Professional Services team and share best practices.
• Analyze requirements to respond to sales opportunities and contribute to POC projects.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Monitor requirements to identify enhancements and document product improvements.
• Contribute to software quality by communicating defects and supporting resolution.
