Job summary

Accommodations Plus International (API) is seeking an Allocations Specialist to work onsite at one of our airline client locations. You will support the development and management of crew hotel and ground transportation schedules while ensuring compliance with airline requirements and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role uses data, planning tools, and analysis to optimize hotel utilization and coordinate with Operations and Account Management to support airline crew accommodations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities.
• Minimum of one year of operations, scheduling, planning, or airline crew scheduling experience.
• Airline, travel, hospitality, or hotel industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan analysis and crew allocation to optimize hotel and transportation utilization.
• Develop monthly hotel and ground transportation schedules for airline crew.
• Ensure compliance with airline requirements and contractual obligations.
• Optimize hotel utilization to maximize cost efficiencies.
• Maintain and update hotel contract information within ACES and communicate with suppliers.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and airline stakeholders.
