Job summary

Accommodations Plus International (API) is seeking an Airline Support Supervisor to lead a team delivering crew accommodation and transportation services for airline partners. You will ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and SLA compliance while coordinating with hotels and vendors.

This full-time on-site role is based in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of airline operations and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in airline operations, crew scheduling, or travel/hospitality environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Airline Support Specialists to ensure service quality.
• Monitor daily operations to process crew hotel and transport requests accurately.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client, vendor, or operational issues.
• Maintain relationships with airline partners and meet client expectations.
• Provide performance metrics and operational reporting to management.
• Respond to irregular operations (IROPS) and adjust staffing as needed.
