Job summary

The Crew Accommodations Coordinator at Corpay’s Airline Division is responsible for coordinating hotel and transportation bookings for our Client’s Crew members. This role demands efficient handling of bookings through the CrewHub system, effective communication with clients and vendors, and seamless resolution of booking issues.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, fluent English, and experience in customer service or the hotel/travel industry. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan, and extensive PTO offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a related role.
• Experienced in customer service or call center environments.
• Capable of leading a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel and transportation bookings for crew members.
• Handle emergency relocations and manage escalations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure operational requirements are met and resolved.
• Communicate effectively with all departments.
• Manage resources and system utilization efficiently.
• Source suitable hotel options and handle vendor payments.
• Foster a positive work environment and lead the team.

Skills

Fluent in English

Prior experience in hotel/travel industry

Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese)

Education

High school diploma or GED Certificate

Some college education preferred
