Job Description

Summary: Delivers excellent service, maintains product quality and upholds our image standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
2. Measures ingredients accurately for each item.
3. Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
4. Assists with bagging and tagging orders.
5. Delivers food to customers' cars or to delivery drivers.
6. Greets customers in person or via phone, taking orders professionally and promptly.
7. Provides excellent customer service, encourages repeat business, and informs customers about menu items and specials.
8. Upsells additional products when appropriate.
9. Masters the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing.
10. Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
11. Handles currency and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
12. Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
13. Resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally.
14. Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases.
15. Transfers supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
16. Packs, weighs, and labels products as needed.
17. Notifies supervisors of food shortages.
18. Adheres to all quality standards, policies, and guidelines.
19. Performs other duties as assigned.
