Job Description
Summary: Delivers excellent service, maintains product quality, and upholds image standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
- Measures ingredients required for specific items.
- Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Assists with bagging and tagging orders.
- Runs food out to customers’ cars or delivery drivers.
- Greets customers in person or via phone, taking orders professionally and promptly.
- Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat business, including information about menu and specials.
- Upsells additional products when appropriate.
- Masters Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing.
- Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
- Handles currency and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
- Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases.
- Transfers supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
- Packs, weighs, and labels products as required.
- Informs supervisor of food shortages.
- Adheres to all quality standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- You must be at least 16 years old.

- Proficiency in entering orders via computer or touchscreen.
- Ability to take orders over the counter or phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately.
