Job Description

Summary: Delivers excellent service, maintains product and image standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Prepares various pizzas and menu items.
2. Measures ingredients accurately for each item.
3. Follows safety procedures for food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
4. Assists with bagging and tagging orders.
5. Delivers food to customers' cars or to delivery drivers.
6. Greets customers in person or by phone, takes orders professionally and promptly.
7. Provides excellent customer service, sharing menu and specials information.
8. Upsells additional products when appropriate.
9. Masters POS computer systems for order processing.
10. Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
11. Handles currency and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
12. Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
13. Resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally.
14. Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases.
15. Transfers supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
16. Prepares, weighs, and labels products as required.
17. Informs supervisor of food shortages.
18. Adheres to all quality standards, policies, and guidelines.
19. Performs other duties as assigned.
