Job Description

Summary: Delivers excellent service, maintains product quality and presentation standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and menu items.
• Measures ingredients accurately.
• Follows safety procedures for food preparation and presentation.
• Assists with bagging and tagging orders.
• Delivers orders to customers' cars or to delivery drivers.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally via phone or in person.
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes menu items, and encourages repeat business.
• Upsells additional products when appropriate.
• Uses POS systems for order processing.
• Communicates effectively with team members and management.
• Handles transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions.
• Resolves customer complaints professionally.
• Maintains cleanliness and stock levels at work stations.
• Transfers supplies and manages inventory as needed.
• Labels, weighs, and packs products as required.
• Reports shortages to supervisors.
• Adheres to all quality and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
