Job Description
Summary: Provides excellent service, maintains product and image standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
- Measure ingredients accurately for specific items.
- Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Assist with bagging and tagging orders.
- Deliver food to customers' cars or drivers.
- Greet customers in person or via phone, taking orders professionally and promptly.
- Offer excellent customer service to encourage repeat business, including providing menu and specials information.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing.
- Communicate clearly and positively with management and team members.
- Handle currency and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
- Transfer supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
- Pack, weigh, and label products as required.
- Notify supervisors of food shortages.
- Adhere to all quality standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in entering orders via computer or touchscreen.
- Ability to take orders over the counter or phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
