Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to provide guests with a positive dining experience and prepare quality food while maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will work at assigned stations, stock, and assist in keeping the kitchen and dining area organized.

The role involves handling food products, following safety procedures, and adhering to cash control guidelines. Candidates should be at least 16, have reliable transportation, and be flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school; a diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be minimum 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; takes the appropriate action to ensure all Guests receive “SUPERSTAR Service”
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned
• Ensures Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Menu Standards
• Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all company food safety, handling and sanitation requirements
• Follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
