Job summary

Goldfish Swim School Needham in Needham, MA is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to teach children from 4 months to 12 years using a play-based curriculum. You will create a safe, positive learning atmosphere and communicate progress to families while maintaining pool safety.

The role emphasizes reliability and strong communication, with lifeguard/CPR training encouraged. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Swim instruction, lifeguard, structured childcare, or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years).
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified).
