Responsibilities

• Follow safety/security and cross‑contamination guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas, including sweeping parking lot, picking up trash, wiping down signs/menu boards, and cleaning windows.
• Ensure lobby and restrooms are clean and well‑restocked: clean tables, floors, empty trash cans, clean/restock restrooms.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate any issues to the manager, safety, and security.
• Check condiment stand, beverage ice levels, and paper supplies; restock as needed.
• Monitor product levels and holding times on the production counter; turn and pull products past holding time.
• Assist with food order put‑away following FIFO, temperature logging, and HACCP compliance.
• Bake and dress biscuits.
• Bake and prepare fried items: season, batter, and filter fryer per shift; change shortening when appropriate; defrost items as needed.
• Prepare and package sandwiches and side items; stock sandwich station.

Guest Service

• Greet guests and take their orders, suggesting additional items.
• Record transactions in the register.
• Prepare drinks or present cups.
• Package, verify, and present orders to guests.
• Invite guests to return and maintain a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Assist with product drops and provide excellent customer experiences.

Guest Production

• Season chicken and prepare batter for fried items.
• Filter fryer machine per shift and manage shortening levels.
• Pre‑pan, defrost, and stock freezer items for the fryer station.
• Assist in packaging, verifying, and presenting orders.
