Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is hiring for a driver/lot attendant role in Kent, WA. You will orient new drivers, manage vehicle movements, and shuttle staff and vehicles between the auction lot, parking lots, and remote sites.

The job requires a valid driver's license, the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions, and basic mechanical skills. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Overtime may be required on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers and assist supervisor in assigning work.
• Maintain log of stock numbers for each vehicle and its lot location.
• Coordinate moves and shuttle employees and vehicles to destinations.
• Perform daily maintenance and checks of the van and service the vehicle with fuel and lubricants.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and support safety activities.
