Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in Grove City, OH seeks a dedicated shuttle driver to transport employees and vehicles between auction sites, parking lots, and remote locations. You will supervise driver assignments, monitor schedules, and perform daily vehicle checks while upholding safety standards.

Must be able to communicate with supervisor and crew effectively.

Responsibilities

Orient and instruct new drivers regarding their duties.
Direct and assign work with supervisor oversight.
Communicate schedules and assignments to crew.
Manage vans and transport drivers to locations and ensure timely pickup/drop-off.
Shuttle employees to and from auction sites and parking lots.
Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
Model and enforce safety procedures and support Safety Excellence initiatives.
Lead location team and ensure respectful treatment of employees.
Enforce company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
