Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years related experience.
• Alternate: any degree/certification beyond HS in related discipline.
• Or 5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct drivers on duties and assist in directing work.
• Maintain flow of vehicles and log stock numbers and locations.
• Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
• Lead shuttle operations on sale days as lane leader.
• Coordinate moves with lot manager and quadrant coordinator.
• Ensure lanes are staged and parked for pre-sales.
• Transport vans and drivers to locations per schedule.
• Provide transportation to employees and vehicles at remote sites.
• Perform daily van maintenance and basic servicing.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and support safety activities.
• Review volumes, monitor staffing, and seek efficiency improvements.
• Lead the location team by example and uphold company values.
• Adhere to all policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Overtime may be required on business needs.
