Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service in Fridley, MN seeks an experienced Crew Leader to oversee daily tree care operations. You'll lead a crew in all aspects of tree trimming and maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience on tree trimming or clearing crews.
• Solid understanding of OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
• Proven leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety meetings and ensure job briefings are completed.
• Supervise and lead a crew of 1–4 team members.
• Plan and oversee tree trimming, pruning, and removal operations.
• Communicate professionally with landowners and customers.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment.
