Wright Tree Service in Bemidji, MN seeks a Crew Leader to coach and lead a tree-trimming crew on job sites, ensuring safety and production goals are met. You will assign tasks, oversee herbicide applications and safety training under the General Foreperson’s guidance.

The role requires strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and ability to work long hours, including overtime during emergencies. CNT offers growth, union benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience on tree trimming/clearing crews.
• Valid First-Aid and CPR or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coaches crew to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Conducts safety briefings and enforces OSHA regulations.
• Operates herbicide application and manages records.
• Allocates daily work orders and supervises crew on site.
• Maintains tool/vehicle inspections and promotes clean, safe work areas.
