Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to manage two or more crews in the field. You will plan, lead, and coordinate daily service-line operations, ensure safe operations, and maintain accurate documentation at the job site.

Responsibilities include training technicians, interacting professionally with customers, and performing hydroblasting and vacuum truck services. Growth opportunities and strong safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in hydraulic/industrial equipment operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to operate safely and complete HPC-Industrial tasks.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain good relations.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
