Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in industrial cleaning, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and technical skills with hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service in the industrial cleaning industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting HPC equipment preferred.
• Strong knowledge in operating hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating daily operations.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and timely, accurate documentation.
• Maintain customer relations and comply with company policies.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and ensure quality service.
