Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Crew Leader/Foreman to supervise two or more service crews in Billings, MT. You will plan, lead and coordinate daily hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time paperwork.

As a frontline leader, you will train technicians, enforce HPC-Industrial policies, interact with customers professionally, and drive operational efficiency at the work site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in the operation of hydroblasting and vacuum trucks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew to safely perform hydroblasting and vacuum services.
• Ensure timely and accurate paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain adherence to HPC-Industrial safety and policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
