Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise field crews performing inspection, maintenance, and restoration of utility infrastructure. The role involves training and directing crew members, driving to sites, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include data collection, equipment maintenance, and adherence to company policies. Occasional travel and overtime may be required; a valid US driver’s license and prior leadership experience are

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all aspects of the Crew Leader Training Program.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license issued in the United States and have a minimum of 3 years of driving history.
• May be required to obtain (or work under) a state pesticide applicator license and may be required to obtain a DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to standard work practices, procedures, and customer specifications.
• Independently train, motivate and supervise one or more employees of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Operate vehicles to transport material, equipment, and crew to and from the job site.
• Collect, record, and submit accurate data related to hours worked and work performed.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tool maintenance; ensure drivers are Osmose-qualified.
• Promote and enforce safety by ensuring safe work practices and policy compliance.
• Temporarily fulfill Foreman duties in the Foreman’s absence; perform other duties as assigned.
